THE ROLE
At its core, communications marketing at Skytree focuses on a fusion of our development and deployment of smart carbon tech and our mission to help build the foundation for a sustainable future, bringing both together in unconventional ways.
As the Head of Communications, you will elevate our communications efforts via storytelling that drives awareness, engagement, and action. Drawing on your expertise and enthusiasm for strategic communication, you'll create an integrated program focusing on thought leadership, communications marketing, and internal communications.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and spearheading forward-thinking communications strategies. You will lead communications globally and work closely with internal stakeholders to tell the Skytree story through various channels, including executive communications, traditional PR, employee communications, and social media. You will support transformational strategic initiatives that enhance employee engagement and raise the bar for our communications strategies to capitalize on industry-leading momentum to achieve key business objectives.
YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT BY
Building awareness. You will design, execute and manage regional external and internal communications strategies, build budgets and campaigns to increase awareness and excitement of our work and brand positioning connected to corporate goals.
Overseeing communications and public affairs efforts. You will lead messaging and story development at the regional and project levels to develop internal communications strategies that connect employees across Skytree globally.
Being a creative voice. You will develop and/or work closely with creative agencies to deliver high-quality written content across a variety of platforms, including thought leadership, executive communications, social media content, emails, videos, intranet articles, and events. You will regularly develop and execute media relations strategies, aligning Skytree’s activities with the needs and profiles of key projects and channels.
Igniting and inspiring. You will strengthen Skytree’s brand and culture by owning and driving robust multi-channel communications initiatives. You will leverage your keen storytelling ability to make messages and tactics resonate with various audiences. You will create impact on global initiatives - big and small - from conception, through to launch and ongoing optimization.
Engaging and evolving. You will drive employee engagement through opinion surveys, leadership meetings, initiatives to support diversity and inclusion, and more.
