Ajax Systems is searching for an experienced, battle-tested, and visionary Head of Communications to lead and shape the company’s communication efforts across two pivotal markets: the global market and the domestic Ukrainian market. This position requires a unique blend of seasoned expertise and unrelenting energy—someone who has navigated the complexities of public relations and strategic communications, overcome crises, and remains eager to embrace new challenges.
The Head of Communications will develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy that spans external and internal communications, reputation management, GR/CSR projects, and employer branding. The ideal candidate will drive innovation, foster strategic partnerships, and maintain consistency across all messaging touchpoints to strengthen Ajax Systems’ brand identity globally and domestically.
With a proactive mindset and bold leadership, this individual will identify opportunities to disrupt the market, create strategic pressure, and execute impactful campaigns that position Ajax Systems as the global leader in the security industry. Working closely with the CMO, the Head of Communications will also oversee a high-performing team responsible for PR, social media, email, internal communications, special projects, and influencer relations.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a global and domestic communication strategy that aligns with the company’s vision, values, and growth objectives.

Multichannel Campaigns: Plan and implement integrated campaigns for product launches, ensuring alignment across B2B and B2C audiences.

Reputation Management & Crisis Communications: Protect and strengthen Ajax Systems’ reputation through proactive crisis management and strategic risk mitigation.

Media and Influencer Relations: Build and maintain strong partnerships with media outlets and influencers to position Ajax Systems as a thought leader in the security technology industry. Develop and enforce policies for a global brand ambassador network.

Owned Channels Management: Oversee the development and performance of social media, blogs, and email marketing channels, ensuring content is consistent, engaging, and impactful.

Internal Communications & Employer Branding: Lead efforts to enhance internal communications, fostering a strong company culture, while driving initiatives to position Ajax Systems as a top employer globally.

GR/CSR Initiatives: Drive government relations (GR) and corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects, establishing Ajax Systems as a socially responsible and forward-thinking leader.

Qualifications & Experience:

Seasoned Expertise: 7+ years of leadership experience in PR, strategic communications, or related fields, with proven success in navigating high-stakes challenges.

Proven Leadership: Experience managing and inspiring teams to deliver results in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.

B2B & B2C Proficiency: Strong foundation in B2B communications. Willingness and ability to master B2C communications if not already experienced.

Media & Influencer Acumen: Demonstrated success in securing media partnerships and managing influencer relations on a global scale.

Crisis & Reputation Management: Expertise in handling crises and mitigating reputational risks.

GR/CSR Knowledge: Understanding of government relations and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
