What you’ll do
- Ensure maximum recovery from defaulters accounts through agencies outbound telephone contact and field in a timely and comprehensive manner.
- Acknowledge user's vulnerabilities and recognize the reason for delinquency and indulge them in Negotiation while using a consultative approach to clearly communicate all available payment options.
- Do regular quality checks to ensure code of conduct is maintained
- Grow and nurture the team that results in building an efficient and mature team.
- Meet and endeavor to exceed metrics on collection effectiveness, compliance regulations and productivity as per goals.
- Build an in-house recovery team and drive them to meet the collection team target
- Graduate or postgraduate from a recognized university can apply
- Prior experience in collections is preferred
- 15 - 20 years of relevant experience
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and listening skills. Excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced metric driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a windows environment.
- Strong people management skills
- Experience in credit card or unsecured loan is preferred
