You have several years of experience in B2B marketing/communication and campaigns? You think holistically and data-driven? You are strong in building and maintaining good customer relationships?  

Then join us as our new Head of B2B Marketing (m/f/d) and lead our B2B and Product Marketing! 

What you’ll do: 

In this key role you will develop our strategies and translate them into successful on- and offline marketing campaigns. You will also lead AutoScout24’s efforts to establish ourselves as thought leaders in digital car-trade across Europe and improve the way we communicate our value proposition and product offering to our customers. You will work very closely with multiple teams from our Product, Sales, Strategy and Communication departments. 

  • Leading and developing our Customer Marketing team 
  • Developing and defining our B2B and Product Marketing Strategy 
  • Develop and iterate new Customer Marketing formats to engage with our customers 
  • Translating market and internal stakeholder requirements into a B2B marketing agenda that supports the growth of our business 
  • Designing, planning and implementing campaigns to activate and retain our customers across all channels (online, offline, trade fairs, events, social media, …) 
  • Monitoring, tracking and evaluation of campaigns and implementing the results into new strategies 
  • Establishing clear value and ROI driven communication to car dealers, incl. explaining our product suite as well as data driven argumentation of value delivery 
  • Creating and producing state of the art sales collateral and a portal to explain our product suite and value 
  • Leading the work around thought leadership in digital car trade incl. generation of knowledge (studies, surveys etc.), creation of assets and delivery of dissemination formats (webinars, conferences, insights platform) 
  • Close cross-functional collaboration with product, sales and communication teams 
  • Budget planning and control 

What you’ll bring: 

  • Analytical background and strong strategic and conceptional thinker 
  • Several years of experience as a B2B Marketing lead as well as in B2B and product marketing (focus on B2B ist a must, ideally in a technology company) 
  • Knowhow in translating a B2B marketing strategy into successful online and offline campaigns in a KPI-oriented way - you think and work analytically and data-driven 
  • Solid track record of ROI and value proposition driven B2B communication to professional customers, ideally in a technology environment 
  • Knowhow in producing and communicating thought leadership content that is highly engaging & relevant for professional customers 
  • Experience in driving cross-functional collaboration across the organization to deliver the best outputs possible 
  • Passion about people management and developing your employees by actively opening up space for them to grow 
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
