⭐ Mission:
As Qonto's first Head of AI, you will lead AI turnaround at Qonto and help us become an AI-first company. You will report to Aymeric (our CTO), work closely with Steve (our co-founder), and will be in touch with all the teams to detect and drive potential improvement and innovation. You will have a strong impact on how most Qontoers work, as well as on our product.
👩💻🧑💻 As a Head of AI at Qonto, your job includes:
• Leading AI turnaround at Qonto: you will incarnate and lead Qonto's transformation toward becoming an AI-first company.
• Defining the AI strategy: you will craft the plan with our founders and make it a part of everything we do at Qonto.
• Overseeing and supporting: you will help with all AI-related work at Qonto (including but not limited to: building co-pilots for all functions, developing in-app AI-powered features..) through enablers.
• Keeping us up-to-date: Make sure our AI practices are state-of-the-art through continuous research and prototyping.

• AI Expertise: You master AI technology and know how to apply it in real-world scenarios.
• Project Management Skills: you’re comfortable leading projects across different functions, and are familiar with agile / sprint methodologies. You know how to work well in fast-paced and technical environments.
• Change Management: You can manage and lead through change. You’re able to convey complex AI concepts and get the buy-in from a variety of stakeholders.
• Strategy & Vision: You see the big picture and can develop a vision for the future that aligns with business objectives.
• Ethics & Compliance Awareness: You are familiar with ethical considerations and the regulatory landscape of AI, ensuring that all initiatives are developed and deployed responsibly.
