We are looking for a Head of Account Management to lead and support our Account and Service Engagement team on a 12-month contract. In this role, you will manage and nurture key accounts and drive growth.
The Role
Lead and support the Account and Service Engagement team in managing and developing existing accounts.
Ensure the team meets diverse contractual requirements across various regions.
Oversee the success of NHS contracts, ensuring services are delivered effectively and patients are engaged.
Act as the senior point of contact for all existing customers and manage two of our major accounts.
Collaborate with the Partnerships team to negotiate and review contract variations.
Drive organisational growth and profitability through effective contract delivery, account expansion, and upselling services.
Partner with UK functions to ensure business success and cross-functional alignment.
Track and report progress towards referral and revenue targets.
