What is Head Financial Planning & Management Reporting?

This position is responsible for carrying out and managing the financial planning & management reporting responsibilities within the FP&A Central team function.

The role reports directly to the Head Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

What does Head Financial Planning & Management Reporting?

·       Business Planning/Annual Budget/Quarterly Rolling Forecasts

·       Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Group reporting including Weekly operational report/Monthly flash reporting/Monthly management reporting

·       Management & Group Planning/Forecasting review decks

·       Planning and management reporting submissions in HQ system

·       Monthly Business performance reviews

·       Financial performance presentations for Board reviews

·       SBUs P&Ls

·       Coordinating with Accounting, Tax & Treasury for working capital & cash flow tracking/reporting

·       Liaison with FP&A business partners and other Finance functions for data collection and variance analysis

·       Liaising with finance & non-finance stakeholders for group presentation material, communicating expectations & ensuring timely collection of deliverables

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Head Financial Planning & Management Reporting?

  • Finance related qualification (Bachelors as minimum, CA/CPA/ACCA preferred) and preferably with experience in any of the big 4 firms, Telecom and FP&A with overall 10+ years’ experience
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS/accounting concepts/matters required for planning and management reporting
  • Demonstrates leadership, interpersonal and communications skills
  • Believes in teamwork and ethical business practices
