About the Role
We seek an experienced product, program or project manager to drive Hugging Face's strategic partnerships operations and success and work closely and coordinate our internal engineering, success, sales, finance, and operations teams with our partners. You will work at the intersection of go-to-market and machine learning engineering and contribute to the company's growth by making our partnerships as successful and impactful as possible. You will develop and implement co-selling strategies to drive revenue for Hugging Face and our partners.
The Hardware Program Manager will operationalize all partnerships' go-to-market goals. You will also be a primary interface for developing and maintaining the business relationship, joint product roadmap collaboration, and customer-facing activities.
The Hardware Program Manager will be responsible for the partnership impact and proactively find ways to drive revenue growth.
About You
We are looking for candidates who are rigorous, autonomous, proactive, and who love collaborating with various stakeholders on varied topics (engineering, marketing, finance…), and confident in customer-facing interactions including on deeply technical topics.
A good candidate for this role will be a self-motivated, action-driven, pragmatic, strong contributor who enjoys growing complex relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for driving Hugging Face's growth with its most important strategic partners such as AMD, Nvidia or Intel. Experience with deep learning and open-source projects is valued.
