We’re looking for a Digital Design Sculptor to join our team. Are you a visionary digital sculptor with a passion for transforming imaginative concepts into 3D realities? We are seeking a highly creative and innovative Digital Sculptor to join our dynamic Design Team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of pioneering design, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, and bringing our most cutting-edge ideas to life. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products, blending artistry with technical precision to create captivating 3D designs that resonate with our brand’s vision.
What You will do:
- 3D CAD Sculpting: Create detailed, high-quality 3D digital models using CAD software, translating sketches, concepts, and ideas into fully realized digital sculptures that are ready for prototyping and manufacturing.
- Innovation & Creativity: Lead the charge in innovating new design techniques and exploring unconventional methods to breathe life into unique, forward-thinking designs that set us apart in the market.
- Collaborative Design: Work closely with designers, engineers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that the artistic vision is aligned with technical requirements, blending form with function seamlessly.
- Conceptual Development: Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, contributing your creative ideas to the design process and helping to refine concepts from initial idea through to final product.
- Technical Expertise: Provide expert knowledge on the latest CAD tools, techniques, and trends, ensuring that our design team is equipped with the best resources to achieve excellence in digital sculpting.
- Prototyping & Testing: Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that designs can be accurately translated into physical prototypes and final products, addressing any technical challenges that arise.
- Forward looking: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in 3D design, digital sculpting, and CAD, bringing fresh inspiration and insights to the team.
We would love to have You on our team, if you have:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital sculpting, 3D CAD design, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Software Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in CAD software such as Rhino, SolidWorks, or Autodesk Alias. Experience with rendering tools like KeyShot or Blender is a plus.
- Creativity & Innovation: A deep passion for pushing creative boundaries and experimenting with new design techniques.
- Technical Collaboration: Proven experience working closely with engineering teams to develop products that meet both aesthetic and technical requirements.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, with the ability to produce intricate, precise digital models that meet exacting standards.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas clearly and work effectively in a team environment.
