Handover Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with various stakeholders including contractors, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth handover of projects
  • Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements and specifications for handover process
  • Provide training and support to end users on utilizing project deliverables post-handover
  • Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the handover process
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all handover activities
  • Continuously improve handover processes and procedures based on feedback and lessons learned
  • Develop detailed handover procedures and documentation to ensure all project deliverables are met
  • Conduct inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with project standards and specifications
  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates on handover progress
  • Ensure timely completion of handover process to meet project deadlines

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Certifications in project management or handover processes preferred
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in handover engineering for construction projects
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
  • Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
