Impact is hiring a HaloPSA Systems Administrator to join our nationally ranked Best and Brightest workplace! 
 
Impact is in the process of implementing HaloPSA to enhance our service management capabilities, and we need a dedicated systems administrator to manage its configuration and ongoing administration. This role will be critical in ensuring the successful setup, optimization, and maintenance of HaloPSA to support our business operations. We’re seeking someone with in-depth experience in HaloPSA configuration and administration. End-user knowledge will not be considered in lieu of system configuration and administration experience.

Responsibilities 

- Lead the configuration and implementation of HaloPSA across multiple departments. 
- Administer and maintain the HaloPSA system, ensuring peak performance and reliability. 
- Customize workflows, automation rules, and service request types to align with business needs. 
- Manage integrations with third-party tools and services. 
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions. 
- Train internal teams on HaloPSA functionalities and best practices. 
- Ensure data integrity and manage system backups and updates. 
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all configurations and customizations. 


Things We Are Looking For

- Proven experience with HaloPSA configuration and administration. 
    - Will consider HaloITSM experience  
- Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles and workflows. 
- Proven experience in creating customized workflows and automation in HaloPSA. 
- Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving HaloPSA system issues. 
- Experience with integrating HaloPSA with third-party systems (e.g., CRM, accounting software). 
- Excellent communication skills and ability to train technical and non-technical users. 
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
