Guest Relations Manager | AYANA BALI

We offer an exciting career opportunity for an individual with the following details:

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Review arrival lists to welcome guests
  • Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries
  • Assist in the preparation of welcome folders containing relevant materials (e.g. room service menus, area descriptions)
  • Provide information about amenities, areas, venues and promote services
  • Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
  • Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)
  • Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
  • Proven track record in deescalating any setbacks with the guests.
  • Help with the scheduling/man planning.

Requirements

  • Only for Indonesian Citizen
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar position in a large luxury resort or hospitality industry
  • Hands-on experience with Hotel Management Software (PMS)
  • Strong affinity for and commitment to the hotel industry
  • Strong market sense and results orientation
  • Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws
  • Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Rooms Division, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields
