Summary of Responsibilities:
- Review arrival lists to welcome guests
- Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries
- Assist in the preparation of welcome folders containing relevant materials (e.g. room service menus, area descriptions)
- Provide information about amenities, areas, venues and promote services
- Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
- Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)
- Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
- Proven track record in deescalating any setbacks with the guests.
- Help with the scheduling/man planning.
Requirements
- Only for Indonesian Citizen
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar position in a large luxury resort or hospitality industry
- Hands-on experience with Hotel Management Software (PMS)
- Strong affinity for and commitment to the hotel industry
- Strong market sense and results orientation
- Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws
- Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Rooms Division, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields
