Location & Remote Work

Our people team operates under a "remote-first" model, which means we work from home with the flexibility to live anywhere in Brazil. We also have the option to use our offices in São Paulo or partner coworking spaces, both up to twice a week. For this position, we require availability to be at our São Paulo office for certain pre-scheduled strategic meetings.

About the Position
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic People Performance Manager to lead and optimize our performance management processes. This role requires exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills to drive a culture of continuous feedback, development, and high performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Management Strategy: Develop and implement robust performance review frameworks that align with business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics to assess performance trends, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, business leaders, and employees to ensure alignment and engagement with performance management initiatives.
  • Executive Communication: Present findings, recommendations, and performance insights to senior executives in a clear, compelling, and data-driven manner.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously refine performance review cycles, tools, and methodologies to enhance effectiveness and user experience.
  • Training & Enablement: Design and deliver training programs for managers and employees to enhance understanding and execution of performance management best practices.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure performance management practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements while incorporating industry best practices.
  • Technology & Systems: Utilize HR systems, performance management tools, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Power BI, Tableau) to enhance processes and reporting.

Requirements

    • Experience: 5+ years of experience in performance management, HR, or a related field with a proven track record of implementing and optimizing performance frameworks.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency with HRIS platforms, performance management tools and analytics software.
    • Analytical Abilities: Strong data analysis skills to assess performance trends, generate insights and drive strategic decisions.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an engaging and understandable manner.
    • Leadership & Influence: Ability to work cross-functionally, engage with senior executives and drive organizational change.
    • Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving performance-related challenges.
    • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and continuously improve processes to align with evolving business needs.
