Location & Remote Work

Our team works on the "remote-first" model, which means we are working from home with the possibility of living anywhere in Brazil. We also have the option of using QuintoAndar's offices in São Paulo or using partner coworking spaces, both up to twice a week.

About the Area:

QuintoAndar is actively seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Internal Controls Senior Analyst. This pivotal role involves managing projects, mapping processes, and identifying potential risks within the company.

About the Job:

• Map and design the flowchart of operational processes, identifying weaknesses and existing controls;
• Develop risk and control matrices, following COSO guidelines and internal control methodologies;
• Propose, monitor, and support the execution of action plans resulting from mapped processes and validate implementation evidence;
• Test the effectiveness of implemented controls;
• Develop and maintain control indicators;
• Prepare presentations and reports for the area;
• Rrevise policies, procedures, and manuals;
• Develop and deliver technical training;
• Structure processes and procedures for monitoring and evaluating regulatory compliance;
• Lead projects related to the assessment and establishment of internal controls;
• Develop actions to disseminate the culture of internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field of knowledge;
• Minimum of four years of experience in internal processes and controls;
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
• Knowledge of SAP  S/4;
• Proficiency in workflow process tools;
• Knowledge of SOX Compliance, COSO Framework and internal control methodologies;
• English is mandatory and spanish is a plus.
