About the Area:

The ITOps department is responsible for meeting the infrastructure needs of the entire QuintoAndar Group, supporting over 3,000 employees across more than 6 countries in Latin America and in our Product & Technology office in Lisbon, Portugal.

Requirements

Our Infrastructure Analyst opportunities are divided among the following teams:

IT Asset Management: In this team, you will be part of the management and logistics processes for high-cost corporate assets (hardware and software). You will handle relationships with logistics partners (for sending and collecting equipment and peripherals during the onboarding and offboarding of our employees) and manage inventory and the quality of area processes.

What we expect from you:

- Education: All knowledge is valuable! We will consider technical courses or higher education in the technology field.

- Knowledge:In creating and improving operational flows and in data handling (preferably with advanced spreadsheets and dashboards).

- Openness to work with different teams and people: Our technology teams are organized in an agile model, and our squads are multidisciplinary. Besides the Product & Technology team, you will have the opportunity to work with professionals from our operations and corporate areas.

Help Desk Support - N1: This team is responsible for providing remote and in-person support to our employees. Whether dealing with IT incidents and solutions or during our Events & Lives (which take place in remote, hybrid, and in-person formats), in this team you will handle the logistics of equipment (mobile devices, tables, speakers, microphones, cables, and other tools used in video conferences). Additionally, you will support user support routines (level 1) in Google WorkSpace environment and using tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.

What we expect from you:

- Education: All knowledge is valuable! We will consider technical courses or higher education in the technology field.

- Knowledge: You will stand out if you are familiar with level 1 technical support (Windows and MacOS), IT operations involving corporate events (such as video conferences, live streams, presentations, etc.). Experience supporting a Google Worspace environment and knowledge of tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Maximo, ITSM or Zendesk are welcome.

- Openness to work with different teams and people: Our technology teams are organized in an agile model, and our squads are multidisciplinary. Besides the Product & Technology team, you will have the opportunity to work with professionals from our operations and corporate areas.
