Location & Remote Work

This is a remote position, but needs availability for occasional travel (São Paulo/Argentina).

We continue to have an office in São Paulo and employees can visit up to twice a week, optionally. In addition, we have partnerships with coworking spaces throughout Brazil that are also available up to twice a week.

About the Position:

As an HR Business Partner, you will influence senior leaders to ensure strategic people management, aligning the People strategy with the service area's strategy and the QuintoAndar Group's overall strategy. Considering the entire employee journey, you should be able to:

  • Contribute to empowering leadership to be autonomous and responsible for people management within their teams through coaching and/or advising on decisions that impact the employee experience.
  • Support the organizational design of the served area in a consultative manner, identifying opportunities for synergy, movements, new hires, or actions that ensure development and succession, thereby securing a high-performance team.
  • Co-participate in the recruitment of senior positions, collaborating with the recruitment team by providing business insights and context, and supporting the manager in decision-making for the best hire.
  • Operate in a data-driven manner, making decisions based on key people KPIs of the served area (eNPS, Turnover, Team Effectiveness Survey, CompCycle, Talent Review).
  • Ensure the execution of Talent Management agendas, utilizing performance evaluation results and talent mapping.
  • Interact and maintain routines with members of the specialist teams, ensuring an up-to-date view of the served areas.
  • Ensure the rollout of institutional people agenda actions, such as culture programs, promotion and merit cycles, and performance evaluation, adopting a proactive and analytical stance in each action.
  • Operate autonomously and diligently in the served area's routine, participating in key forums and maintaining regular 1:1s with senior leaders.
  • Adopt a business-driven approach, understanding the area's OKRs, business priorities, and influencing decision-making regarding people.
  • Monitor any compliance cases, ensuring that the leaders of the served area are in line with the company's expected policies and behaviors.
  • Support the onboarding process of new senior leaders to ensure a good level of knowledge of People products and processes.
  • Work alongside leadership on sensitive and highly complex cases (terminations, mental health, D&I, among others), using your repertoire of People best practices for the best possible decision-making.
  • Keep up with market trends and bring innovations to the People team.

Important: This position is at the manager seniority level, but is an individual contributor role.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, with knowledge of all subsystems;
  • Previous experience as an HRBP in corporate areas (preferably in Finance and/or People);
  • Knowledge in Leadership Coaching;
  • Advanced/Fluent English,
  • Desirable: Advanced Spanish;
  • Ability to interact, influence, and develop leaders at different maturity levels, as well as the People team;
  • Possess executive communication skills and a proactive and purposeful attitude;
  • Availability for occasional travel (São Paulo/Argentina).
