About the position:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Intelligence (BI) Manager to lead our BI team within the Classifieds Business Unit in Grupo QuintoAndar. This role will be critical in transforming data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving the unit’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of BI tools.

Responsabilities:

• Oversee data collection, processing, and analysis to uncover key market trends, customer behaviors, and performance drivers.
• Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making across teams and promote a self-service data culture in the BU 
• Work closely with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and dashboards to measure success and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead predictive analytics initiatives to anticipate market trends and customer needs.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of BI analysts and data specialists, fostering a collaborative, inclusive and innovative environment.
• Build a culture of curiosity and continuous learning within the BI team.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure data infrastructure is robust and scalable.
• Continuously refine BI tools, methodologies, and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with applicable standards and regulations

Requirements

• Education and Experience:
• 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in strategic consulting is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. 

• Technical Expertise:
• Knowledge in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and data analysis platforms.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data warehousing technologies.
• Experience with statistical and machine learning techniques is a plus.

• Skills and Attributes:
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling narratives.
• English proficiency is a must, Portuguese is a plus
