About the Area:

QuintoAndar is actively seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Internal Controls Senior Analyst. This pivotal role involves managing projects, mapping processes, and identifying potential risks within the company.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields;
• Previous experience in process mapping, control evaluation, and regulatory compliance;
• Knowledge of SOX, COBIT, or other internal control frameworks is a plus;
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel (knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus);
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proactive attitude with problem-solving abilities.
• English and/or Spanish is a Plus.

Responsibilities:

• Map and design operational process flowcharts, identifying control weaknesses and existing controls;
• Propose, monitor, and support the execution of action plans resulting from mapped processes, validating implementation evidence;
• Perform testing to assess the effectiveness of implemented controls;
• Prepare presentations and reports to support area initiatives and decision-making;
• Revise and update policies, procedures, and manuals to ensure alignment with best practices and compliance requirements;
• Structure processes and procedures for monitoring and evaluating regulatory compliance;
• Develop initiatives to promote and disseminate a strong internal controls culture within the organization.
