As a Growth Strategy & Operations Sr. Analyst, you will join the Revenue Operations team supporting a high-growth, fast-paced Sales and Customer Success org. Airtable is looking for a strategic, results-oriented Sr. Analyst with strong analytical and program management experience. This is a unique opportunity to join a newly developed team focused on a blend of long-term strategic thinking and operational execution. The role combines the creative process of designing prescriptive programs and strategies with operationalizing these programs to ensure they produce results. The team works closely with executives and cross-functional partners as trusted advisors to drive large-scale impact and transformation across Airtable's GTM engine. In this role, you will help define, shape, and deliver GTM initiatives and programs, providing analytical insights required for successful execution. This high-impact role involves quickly changing priorities and demands, requiring strategic thinking, insightful analysis, focused execution planning, and effective plan management.
Operating at a critical functional intersection of sales strategy and operations, finance, and sales management, this role involves working with executive leaders. Candidates must blend strong analytical skills and business judgment with excellent communication skills and an execution-oriented mindset. We are looking for someone who knows what good looks like but is flexible, resourceful, collaborative, and excited to join us in figuring out both the long-term vision and the right next steps. We seek a data-driven, naturally curious individual eager to work on innovative solutions to challenging business problems.
Note: During peak times, this role may be expected to work outside of standard work hours to fulfill time-sensitive responsibilities.
