Help Us Build New Financial Products for Allegro Users! Are you passionate about marketing and achieving results? We are looking for talented individuals to help us reach our sales targets for our new product. As part of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities aimed at increasing user numbers both within and outside Allegro. You will oversee and coordinate all marketing materials, from advertising creations to emails and push notifications. Your ability to adjust marketing strategies based on conversion results will be key to success. Additionally, you will monitor budget goals, measure results, and identify further growth opportunities. Your recommendations will guide our product team in making informed development decisions, helping us identify risks, trends, patterns, and growth opportunities. What will your main responsibilities include?

  • Achieve KPIs: Onboarding clients, achieving sales targets, and controlling the marketing budget
  • Plan, execute, optimize, and monitor promotional campaigns
  • Continuously monitor goal achievement
  • Prepare marketing content (landing pages, process copies, emails, push notifications, and other advertising materials)
  • Commission and co-create graphic materials, TV/Video advertisements
  • Collaborate with Allegro marketing teams in planning, preparing, and implementing marketing campaigns
  • Work with analytics teams to prepare customer databases for promotional campaigns and analyze their progress
  • Initiate and co-create product changes alongside product teams
  • Consult with the legal department to ensure advertising materials comply with legal requirements

This is the right job for you, if:

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in marketing and/or sales, with knowledge of digital marketing and financial service sales
  • You are self-driven with a focus on achieving ambitious goals
  • You have proven ability to deliver results in any circumstance
  • You have exceptional collaboration and communication skills with various stakeholders
  • You demonstrate strong planning and coordinating abilities
  • You speak native Polish and  have full proficiency in English (minimum C1 level)
  • You are effective in conveying visions, goals, and feedback
  • You have solid understanding of marketing processes, performance marketing, and digital sales
  • You have strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • You are comfortable working in diverse and dynamic environments
  • You are precise, initiative-driven, creative, and passionate about new technologies
  • You have ability to analyze past activities and provide actionable recommendations

The following are also a plus:

  • Experience in financial services sales and marketing is a plus.
