About the Role
Translucent is a company of people with a relentless curiosity. We are building a community of people who solve real problems for customers and tackle challenges head-on. Our Growth Product Manager will be pivotal in shaping solutions that drive impactful growth.
Our ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution. You have either founded your own business or driven measurable growth in a startup environment. You should have a deep understanding of product-led growth strategies and enjoy owning initiatives from ideation to execution and scaling. You would preferably have Reforge training.
We are looking for someone who would initially join and support us as a 3-month contractor.
What You’ll Do
- Own the self-service and sales-led user journeys by improving their experience, shortening their time to value, and consistently increasing customer throughput and conversion.
- Lead cross-discipline partners in defining more effective and efficient Translucent strategies, processes, and vision.
- Be data-informed and intrinsically customer-driven to improve all aspects of our product constantly.
- Own the strategic direction and optimisation of our website.
- Utilize or build best-in-class tools for customer acquisition and retention. Be the growth engine of the entire business.
Requirements
- Curious and passionate about innovating growth and customer acquisition strategies.
- Analytical mindset and deep understanding of customer acquisition techniques.
- Experience championing cross-functional teams on self-serve or sales-led user journeys.
- Experience gathering, treating, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to identify user actions and engagement rates and optimize onboarding flows.
- Experience leading self-serve launches and communication.
- Reforge training.
- Clear communication (in English) and ability to work well with others in a distributed team.
Benefits
- Salary: Up to £90k p.a. + option package.
- Holidays: 23 days p.a. + local public holidays + days between Christmas & New Year and Public Holidays).
- Location: Remote or in-office, working in UK/PT timezone +/- 2 hours.
