Team Platform Growth supports the Platform teams at Text, which work with developers who create applications for our Marketplace or use our API, as well as non-tech users of
Workflows. We manage and develop the platform at
https://platform.text.com/.
Our role involves empowering our Platform teams to expand their reach and nurture relationships with both new and existing developers. We are also responsible for tailoring communications to people who can't code, but want to speed up their work with our tools.
We craft content, maintain open lines of communication, and develop tools to streamline their workflow. We're committed to assisting those seeking to automate their daily tasks.
Oh, and we're not just about flying solo. We're big on teaming up with other squads for cross-team projects. Bottom line: if you're itching for some serious development challenges, you're in the right place with us.
What you'll do:
- Set clear business goals and back them up with your deep product know-how.
- Team up with SEO specialists and content writers to create, update, and verify top-notch content both for developers and non-techies.
- Verify and enhance the onboarding process for our users.
- Maintain active relationships with developers and non-techies, and attract new ones through marketing campaigns and content creation on various platforms.
- Navigate and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Work closely with other leaders to manage resources and achieve common business goals.
- Address ongoing issues promptly and maintain open communication with leaders from other product teams.

- Are an experienced SaaS leader in product development.
- Are skilled in marketing - building campaigns, picking the right metrics, and measuring success.
- Have excellent knowledge and experience in building and managing communities.
- Know your way around SEO and have worked with SEO specialists.
