As a Growth Operations Specialist at Midas you will play a critical role in implementing and executing CRM strategy at Midas.

What You’ll Do:

• Taking an active role for CRM strategy implementation and execution
• Daily preparation and execution of user segmentations carrying out A/B tests continuously
• Setting manual and automatized campaigns to increasing onboarding and activation conversion numbers by test and learn
• Analyzing CRM outcomes and creating action plans from the insights
• Collaborating with the marketing, data and product teams to ensure quick and efficient implementation of growth operations
• Leading communication plan in GTMs for new features and new product lines
• Briefing marketing teams to create relevant contents for user segmentations
