We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Growth Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will spearhead growth initiatives for Dora Vota and associated protocols such as MACI, aMACI, and Mailbox. You will play a key part in developing, executing, and optimizing growth marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including social media, partnerships, and on-chain campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Growth Campaigns:
- Develop and implement growth marketing content strategies tailored to Dora Vota and associated protocols like MACI, aMACI, and Mailbox.
- Create engaging, viral, and meme-driven content to drive user engagement and brand awareness across social media platforms (Twitter, Telegram, Reddit, etc.).
- Design and execute on-chain campaigns to boost user acquisition, retention, and community engagement.
- Build and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for content creation, campaign execution, and optimization.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Collaborate with the BD team to conceptualize, launch, and manage campaigns and partnership events that align with Dora Vota’s growth objectives.
- Track and measure campaign performance, analyze metrics, and implement optimization strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
- Growth Operations & Metrics Tracking:
- Monitor and analyze growth-related data, providing actionable insights to improve campaigns and optimize user growth.
- Lead the execution of on-chain and off-chain campaigns to acquire new users, build brand recognition, and support Dora Vota’s ecosystem.
- Regularly report on campaign progress, performance metrics, and growth KPIs to senior management.
- Collaborate & Coordinate Across Teams:
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, BD) and external partners to achieve growth objectives.
- Support and amplify DoraHacks use cases and applications on Dora Vota by driving targeted campaigns and engagement strategies.
- Manage and track resources for growth initiatives to ensure timely execution and the achievement of growth targets.
- Adaptability & Flexibility:
- Be prepared for an ever-evolving workload, with the flexibility to pivot quickly as growth opportunities arise.
- Willingness to work intensively and efficiently to meet ambitious growth goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve growth strategies.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
- Proven experience in growth marketing, social media management, or a similar role (2+ years preferred).
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms and meme culture.
- Experience in designing and executing growth campaigns, both on-chain and off-chain, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Dora Vota, MACI, aMACI, or similar blockchain protocols is a plus.
- Strong understanding of metrics-driven marketing and data analysis.
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (fluency in Mandarin is a significant advantage).
- Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to design compelling content and campaigns.
- Proficient in social media tools and marketing platforms (e.g., Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, and other crypto-centric platforms).
- Knowledge of blockchain technologies and decentralized protocols is a plus.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate across various teams.
