Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager – GradConnection (GC), the Growth Operations Manager – GradConnection is responsible for managing the commercial operations of GC; and identifying opportunities, and leading initiatives, to drive revenue growth across APAC.  SEEK has ambitions to grow adjacent revenues and the graduate segment is seen as significant growth opportunity across APAC.

  • Take a customer-centric approach to delivering on our product / service requirements
  • Use a data-driven approach in identifying and prioritising revenue opportunities
  • Experimental approach to growth, quickly build validation in market, and rapidly scale when proven
  • Have a growth mindset of continuous improvement

What you'll do

  • Contribute to the identification and realisation of revenue growth opportunities
  • Work with Commercial, Product, Strategy and other stakeholders to translate our strategy into an execution plan and roadmap
  • Coordinate and execute the growth plan and drive commercial innovation and ideation
  • Key Leadership role within GradConnection with primary responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations and administration (4 team members) at Gradconnection
  • Support continuous improvement in revenue capture and operations
  • Stay abreast of competitor moves and work with the relevant commercial and sales teams to create a portfolio of commercial offers aligned with broader growth plan
  • Look for opportunities to improve the efficiency of operations

The Team You’ll Join

GradConnection consists of team members working across commercial and operational functions that work closely with dedicated Product, Tech and Marketing colleagues within SEEK that are responsible for delivering value to the specialised needs of the Graduate segment.  We have Team members distributed around Australia and the World, with a focus on APAC

Qualifications

  • Background in product, marketing, strategy, commercial management, operations, or growth, with a record of delivering results
  • Excellent influencing, facilitation skills with ability to develop trust with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and commercial modelling skills
  • Sound judgement and commercial acumen 
  • Innovator, comfort working with ambiguity
  • Customer-centric mindset, with strong empathy, and always striving to create value for customers
  • Strong project management skills
