The Role:

As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns. Working alongside our content producer and reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for transforming our content into strategic, data-driven marketing initiatives. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the business, particularly in sales and product, to drive growth and success.

Job responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Develop and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns aimed at increasing top-of-funnel activities, inbound pipeline, and overall revenue.
  • Optimisation: Leverage data to inform, test and refine campaigns, including SEO efforts, ensuring continuous optimisation and improvement of organic results.
  • Execution: Manage our paid ads agency and lead paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including Google and LinkedIn. Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, SEO, social media, email, and webinars.
  • Data & Reporting: Lead the reporting process for demand generation activities. Analyse performance data, provide insights, and uncover improvements to enhance the customer journey.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Proven success in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns, including SEO, paid social, events and webinars
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (Hubspot preferred but not required)
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
