About the Role

Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of how to generate and optimise marketing Qualified Leads, increase conversion rates and organise successful sales & marketing events.
What You’ll Do
- Maximise Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) from organic & social channels, events and other campaigns.
- Improve the conversion rates of MQLs to actual active users.
- Plan and ensure the success of sales & marketing events (trade shows, conferences, marketing events, webinars, personalised networking events, etc).
- Build and Execute a B2B Content Marketing Plan in collaboration with internal stakeholders and agencies (e.g blog, newsletter, social media,…).
- Collaborate closely with our Product team on Product Marketing Initiatives.
- Analyse and Identify CFO-Focused Communities.
- Develop Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Strategies.
- Develop Strategic Partnerships and Alliances (e.g influencers).
- Optimise Customer Journey Mapping.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Growth Marketing with real examples of pipeline growth and lead generation.
- Experience planning and delivering successful Sales & Marketing events and campaigns.
- Analytical mindset and experience with data analysis tools (e.g Omni, spreadsheets,…).
- Proven experience producing engaging marketing content and using visual tools (e.g. Canva).
- Experience working closely with product management and design teams on self-serve user journey mapping.
- Experience leading self-serve launches and communication.
- Experience using email marketing tools (e.g. Customer.io, Salesforce, Hubspot,…)
- Recognised by your colleagues as being excellent at your job and someone that people want to work with.
- Curious and passionate about your work.
- Clear communication (in English) and ability to work well with others in a distributed team.
- Based and authorised to work in London, UK.

- Salary: Up to £60k p.a. + option package.
