Job Description:
The role will be boosting online sales of listing advertising credits to real estate brokers and agents. This role will be responsible for driving digital sales through targeted marketing, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
• Run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to attract brokers and agents.
• Develop and execute lead generation strategies, optimizing cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
• Implement retargeting campaigns to convert website visitors into paying customers.
2. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & E-Commerce Growth
• Improve the user journey on the platform to make purchasing ad credits easier.
• Run A/B tests on landing pages, checkout flow, and CTAs.
• Implement persuasive copywriting, compelling offers, and limited-time promotions.
3. SEO & Organic Growth
• Optimize content to rank for high-intent real estate agent/broker keywords.
• Develop educational resources that demonstrate the value of advertising on the platform.
• Improve on-site searchability for listings and ad packages.
4. CRM, Email & Retention Marketing
• Automate and personalize email/SMS campaigns to engage past buyers.
• Build automated follow-ups for brokers who abandoned their cart before purchase.
• Develop a loyalty program or subscription package to increase repeat purchases.
5. Affiliate & Referral Marketing
• Create an incentivized referral program to encourage brokers to bring in colleagues.
• Partner with broker associations or influencers in the real estate industry.
6. Data Analytics & Reporting
• Use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and CRM tools to track conversion performance.
• Optimize marketing spend based on ROI data and customer behavior insights.
• Identify trends and make data-backed decisions on campaign adjustments.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Proven experience in growth marketing, e-commerce, or performance marketing (ideally in real estate, SaaS, or classifieds businesses).
• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and CRO.
• Strong understanding of funnels, landing pages, and sales psychology.
• Experience with email automation (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar tools).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Hotjar, or other analytics tools.
• Background in digital sales, online advertising, or real estate tech is a plus.
