Job Description

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, creative, and data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead our demand generation efforts in North America. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, with a strong focus on content creation, to generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies and campaigns, including content marketing, email marketing, paid advertising (SEM, display, social media), webinars, and virtual and physical (in-person) events.

  • Lead the ideation, creation, and promotion of high-quality, engaging content (e.g., blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, videos) aligned with target personas and buying stages.

  • Leverage digital marketing tactics such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content promotion to drive lead generation and nurturing efforts.

  • Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, such as sales, product marketing, and marketing operations, to align demand generation efforts with business objectives and target audiences.

  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights, consistently measuring and reporting on key metrics such as lead quality, conversion rates, cost per lead, and return on investment (ROI).

  • Manage and optimize the lead nurturing process, ensuring a seamless transition of leads from marketing to sales.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve demand generation strategies.

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and keyword research to identify new opportunities and inform campaign strategies.

  • Manage and mentor junior marketing team members, providing guidance and coaching on content creation and promotion.

  • Interface with partner organizations on joint content, collateral and campaign creation and execution.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, lead generation, content marketing, or digital marketing roles.

  • Proven track record of successful demand generation campaign execution and lead nurturing across digital channels.

  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling, engaging content for various formats (e.g., blog posts, whitepapers, scripts, social media updates).

  • Excellent storytelling and content promotion skills, with experience in content distribution and amplification strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).

  • Ability and desire to work collaboratively in a global and cross-functional environment.

  • Proficiency in project management and prioritization skills.

  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau), SEO, and paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn and Facebook Ads).

  • Familiarity with web analytics, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
