Join us as a Growth Marketing Manager and take over a key role in growing the global Chaos software product portfolio. In this role, you’ll drive impactful performance marketing campaigns, setting the stage for global awareness and growth campaigns across 50+ international markets and multiple product lines. How You Will Make an Impact

  • You are fully accountable for conceptualising, executing, and optimising performance marketing campaigns that directly grow our business - with a focus on top of funnel marketing, leveraging awareness & consideration marketing tactics.

  • You drive and set targets for global awareness campaigns across 50+ international markets and our 5+ products - with a strong focus on the performance marketing channel group Display & Video. 

  • Play a key role in strategic audience definition and expansion while proposing budgets based on ad platform capabilities, business goals, product insights, and geographic opportunities.

  • Co-create ad visuals with the creative team, collaborate with product marketing and sales teams, and communicate campaign results across stakeholders.

  • Design and implement A/B testing, explore and test new advertising products, to optimize campaign performance.

  • Use tools like Google Analytics and to analyze performance, draw actionable insights, and optimize audience targeting, ad placements, and bidding strategies.

  • Contribute to a collaborative, innovative, and growth-driven team environment and embrace a mindset of continuous learning and experimentation to deliver impact.
