Growth Marketing Manager

Highwire is the Contractor Success Platform for builders and owners of capital projects. We are embarking on an exciting growth phase and looking for the best talent in Boston and Boise. 

 

To support this growth, we are looking for a Growth Marketer to reach, educate, and engage the general contractors, specialty contractors, and suppliers that make up 80%+ of our customer base.

Your mission:

Highwire works with contractors who enroll in Highwire for an annual safety assessment, enabling them to work with some of the world’s largest asset owners, general contractors, and specialty contractors. In this role, you will own all marketing channels for those contractor and subcontractor customers, creating compelling content and campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and, ultimately, revenue.

What you’ll do:

  • Understand our contractor customers. Although these users make up the majority of our customer base, we have not done much in the way of marketing to them. You’ll analyze user data to understand customer personas and build a multi-channel marketing program that drives value for customers and Highwire.
  • Increase user logins. Many of our contractors log into the Highwire platform once a year when they need to renew their subscriptions, but some log in much more frequently. You’ll build email and other marketing programs to educate contractor users on how and why they can use Highwire to be safer and more profitable companies. 
  • Drive revenue. You’ll improve net revenue retention by ensuring contractor users understand the value they can derive from the Highwire application and by helping them find new hiring clients to connect with so they can ultimately win more work.

Who you are:

  • Exceptional wordsmith. You have a knack for quickly developing high-quality short and long-form content that resonates with our audience, all while adhering to Highwire's unique voice and standards. 
  • MarTech maestro. You're a wiz with the standard tools of the trade (marketing automation, design tools, CRMs, webinars, etc) and are comfortable picking up new tools and systems on the fly.
  • Email marketer extraordinaire. Email is the primary communication tool to reach our contractor users, and you’re well-versed in writing and testing emails to ensure compliance, deliverability, and effectiveness.
  • Goal-getter. A natural executor, you'll be the driving force behind our contractor marketing initiatives, writing the playbook as you go and always striving to exceed your goals.
  • Creative collaborator. You love working in-office, so you can engage with other departments to brainstorm, strategize, and bring fresh and exciting marketing campaigns to life.
