As a Growth Marketing Manager (Brazil) you will have the opportunity to:
Take full ownership of performance within your projects and campaigns, analysing data, exploring new opportunities, implementing tests and making ongoing optimisations. The idea for this role is that you will move into managing growth holistically for one of our major categories e.g. Hair loss, weight loss etc.
Manage budgets to drive maximum returns for the business, in line with target KPIs, forecasting spending and acquisition volume within your areas of responsibility.
Manage paid campaigns across various channels e.g. Paid Social, SEM.
Collaborate with a high-performing Growth team in Brazil and the UK, sharing results and insights on best practices and performance strategies.
Develop internal relationships and collaborations with the rest of the UK and BR team, our category managers, customer insights, creative, medical and product team to understand our customers' needs & behaviours and to translate these insights into copy, landing page tests, creatives, new channel tests etc.
Ideate test ideas within the channels that you participate in - landing pages, creative, ad copy, bid strategies, pricing etc.
Ideate and create performance creative briefs for paid social channels.
Test and own new channels that we don’t currently invest in.
Build relationships with external vendors (Google, Meta etc..) to understand best practices, new features and campaign improvement opportunities.
