Job Description
The Growth Marketing Manager (Affiliates/Partnerships) is responsible for driving growth and delivering ROI across Affiliate and Partnership channels across all three of the HelloFresh Group Brands (HelloFresh Australia, Youfoodz and EveryPlate Australia). Reporting to the Growth Lead, your goal is to efficiently grow the Affiliate and Partnership marketing channels and relationships in Australia. In addition to building your skills in campaign setup and delivery you will become fluent in lifecycle economics (CAC, LTV, CPM, AOV).
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is commercially minded and numbers focused, a strong negotiator, creative, a savvy relationship builder and can think strategically to identify opportunities to grow and innovate.
You will…
- Harness your data-driven mindset to optimise partner and affiliate performance/campaigns, troubleshoot challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Grow customer conversions and ROI by
- Identifying and testing high impact exposure opportunities
- Identifying and recruiting high value driving partners (affiliate and other)
- Effectively negotiating and innovating exposure, commission structures and offer structures with partners
- Optimising partner performance by identifying and executing multiple initiatives (e.g. discount adjustment, tenancy/exposure, pay-out structure, creative strategy or landing page optimisation)
- Be accountable for budget management, conversion targets and ROI targets
- Conduct data-driven, methodical diagnosis/health check of the channel to surface and qualify key challenges and opportunities
- Work across the business with local and global teams to improve HelloFresh marketing efforts
- Represent Hellofresh within the ANZ affiliate industry & to Global and Local Partners, building a network of productive and fruitful relationships
You have…
- 3-5 years of experience in the Australian Affiliate Industry with established industry and publisher relationships.
- Comprehensive knowledge of affiliate landscape and tracking platforms (eg Impact Radius)
- Experience in media buying and large scale budget handling
- An understanding of all types of affiliate reward models
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders

- Organised and methodical at planning, executing on and reporting on a large volume of campaigns and data points - using tools, trackers and dashboards to help yourself and give transparency to the leadership team
- Able to translate high level company objectives into a detailed channel strategy using data, critical thinking and creative ideas
- Platform proficient, with strong IT skills, including Excel, Powerpoint, Google platforms

Start Date: Immediately available - Can wait a notice period
Duration: 12 Month fixed term contract. You must have the right to work full-time in Australia.
Location: Chippendale Head Office - hybrid working environment
