- We started Goodlord because we wanted to make renting simple and transparent for everyone involved: the agent, the landlord, and the tenant. We knew Generation Rent would lead to more tenants, with higher digital expectations and we were confident we could provide a solution 🏠
- Like all scale-ups it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster journey, but we’re now stronger than ever, with around 3,000 letting agents using the platform, exciting and varied products and 350+ Goodlordians across the group supporting the mission! 💚
The Opportunity
You will:
- Successfully manage and execute complex, end-to-end, B2B marketing campaigns that deliver results measured in MQL & SAO, pipeline created, and tenancies converted by sales team.
- Full ownership of the email marketing strategy, concentrating on new business and nurture campaigns.
- Work closely with the Head of Demand Generation on campaigns that drive growth in targeted segments, supporting the sales team with specific target audiences.
- Closely work with a wider marketing team to help execute on team strategy and goals.
What we need from you:
- You have commercial working experience working in a B2B marketing role (it would be great if this was a growth focused role!)
- You are comfortable working autonomously and are excited to have the freedom and trust to run and execute on campaigns
- You either have or are excited about working in a top of the funnel marketing role, and can evidence this!
- You are a confident and competent copywriter
