We are currently looking to add a Growth Manager to our Global marketing team. We're seeking an energetic, go-getter, who loves to try out new technologies, embrace new marketing trends and drive the team towards achieving results.
The Growth Manager will work within the Global Demand Generation team and will be directly responsible for the ideation, creation and execution of a growth strategy that will help drive revenue. You’ll keep your ear to the ground to stay across the latest trends in digital marketing and marketing technology and will be particularly focused on creating optimisation strategies across our core digital channels - web CRO & SEO, paid social media, paid search, CRM.

For this role, we ask that you can demonstrate the following experience:
Minimum 5 years working in a demand generation/digital marketing role in B2B, ideally working in SaaS
Hands-on experience in marketing automation tools building end-to-end workflows for multi-channel campaigns. Experience with Hubspot and Clay is ideal.
Strong understanding and experience working in SEO and CRO
Strong understanding and prior experience managing paid media campaigns (we don’t expect you to be a full performance marketer, but you should know your way around the tools)
Budget and project management. You’ll be a popular person and responsible for managing campaigns and budgets at a global level. You need to have great project management skills and a keen eye for detail and a love of data
Nice to have
Prior experience managing a team or liaising with multiple freelancers/agencies
Experience working in Figma or similar design tools. It’s not 100% necessary but would help your day-to-day
What you would do (the role day to day):
Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy focused on acquisition and revenue growth.
Experimentation: Design, implement, and analyze experiments across channels (e.g.,web, email, social, paid, SEO, allbound, CRO) to identify most effective tactics.
Funnel Optimization: Analyze & optimize the sales & marketing funnels to maximize conversion rates at every acquisition stage. Take segmentation, lead scoring, intent data and personalized outreach to the next level.
Data: Use analytics tools to track and report on key growth metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Harness internal data, and develop a robust external data set to fuel signals and intelligence.
Acquisition: Lead efforts to acquire new logos through paid & organic channels.
Market Research: Conduct growth testing and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats to inform growth strategies.
Budget mgt and reporting: On time, within budget. Monitor and report on the performance of growth campaigns and initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future improvements.
Partnership: Work closely with GTM enablement, partnerships, sales, product and engineering, and customer care teams to align growth initiatives.
Collaborate with the product team to provide input on product features, user experience, and go-to-market strategies based on customer insights and market trends.
