Job Summary: 

As the Growth Marketing Coordinator & Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth through strategic marketing initiatives and effective project management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and manage various projects to ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

Ad Management

  • Assist with campaign/ad creation set up and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email and paid advertising
  • Maintain accuracy of naming conventions and nomenclature across digital channels
  • Maintain weekly KPI and creative reporting for digital channels
  • Participate in strategy discussions for campaign improvements
  • Contribute to daily, weekly, and ad-hoc campaign reporting and analysis
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement growth marketing strategies aligned with company goals

Project Management

  • Define project objectives, timelines, and resource requirements, and ensure projects are completed within budget and scope
  • Manage creative requests and timelines and needs for the Growth team
  • Oversee Growth timelines and ensure projects are completed on schedule
  • Attend marketing meetings, write creative briefs, and assist with presentation building
  • Maintain our promotional calendar keeping it up-to-date with recent promotion changes
  • Research and practice, stay ahead of the latest updates regarding tools, techniques, and methods related to social media marketing

What You’ll Need to Have:

Required: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years experience working in digital and/or social media
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably with an agency or in an ecommerce/retail environment
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Organized and detail oriented with the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving business growth

Preferred: 

  • Experience with Asana or other project management tool
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar platforms
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPC, CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS, CVR) and the ability to review data and develop actionable insights

Compensation:

  • $67,000 - $75,000 per year base salary
  • An annual bonus percentage that varies based on level of role
  • Employer matching (up to 3% of base salary) for company sponsored 401K plan
