We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Growth Marketing and Social Media Lead to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion for the GIG Rewards app. This role will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated marketing strategy across digital, social, and offline channels. With a focus on partner acquisition, user acquisition and engagement, the ideal candidate will be adept in app marketing, social media management, and content creation, leveraging these skills to achieve measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Growth Marketing Strategies:
- Own and manage multi-channel marketing strategies that align with GIG Rewards’ growth targets, with a focus on user acquisition, engagement, and conversion metrics to drive app growth.
- Manage Social Media Presence:
- Lead the management and growth of GIG Rewards’ social media accounts, focusing primarily on Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok. Create and execute strategies that increase brand visibility, foster audience engagement, and drive user acquisition.
- Digital Ads Management and User Acquisition:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns across social media and other digital platforms to maximize reach, conversions, and ROI, directly supporting user acquisition and app engagement.
- Campaign and Project Management:
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with growth objectives. Manage resources and workflows to ensure projects meet deadlines, focusing on acquisition and conversion goals.
- Content Creation and Trend-Based Marketing:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create high-quality, platform-specific content for social channels such as Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok. Utilize local trends and moment marketing to generate engaging, culturally relevant content that drives user interest.
- Offline and Event Marketing:
- Plan and manage offline events, partnerships, and promotions that build brand awareness and drive user acquisition, creating a cohesive experience with digital campaigns.
- Trend Analysis and Innovation:
- Stay current with industry trends, digital platforms, and marketing technologies. Apply innovative ideas to enhance GIG Rewards’ digital presence and attract new users.
- Brand Consistency:
- Ensure content across digital and offline channels is consistent with GIG Rewards’ brand voice and values, providing a cohesive brand experience.
Requirements
- Analytics and Optimization: Proficiency with analytics tools (Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to monitor campaign performance, produce reports, and make data-driven improvements.
- Experience with Marketing Automation: Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign to automate email campaigns and customer engagement.
- Influencer and Partnership Marketing: Proven experience working with influencers to build authentic partnerships that drive awareness and user acquisition.
- Crisis Management on Social Media: Skilled in identifying and addressing potential social media crises, including managing negative comments and responding quickly to issues.
- Philippine Digital Marketing Trends: Deep understanding of the Philippine digital landscape, user behaviors, and popular platforms specific to the local market.
