Vim has built a next-generation clinical workflow integration technology that is disrupting the US healthcare industry. Digital health builders of all sizes, including national health plans, leading Management Services Organizations (MSOs), value-based care enablers, and tech companies, use Vim's platform to connect with over 2,000 care provider organizations giving them the tools and resources they need to operate efficiently and thrive without the burden of portals or spreadsheets. We are now opening the door to accelerated innovation in healthcare with our new developer platform (Canvas). By streamlining access to data, applications, and patient insights, we're helping providers enhance the quality of care for their patients. 

The Role 

As a Growth Manager you will be the driving force in helping our providers and end users maximize their experience using Vim.  This team is tasked with ensuring that Vim’s provider partners and end users successfully adopt our solutions through onboarding, partner support and analytics.  In this role you will work directly with clinic end users as well as internal teams with a focus on user acquisition & retention to ultimately drive value. People who thrive in this role are highly adaptable and outcome focused individuals who have the ability to communicate with a balanced sense of confidence, assertiveness, and likeability to build rapport with providers and persuade them to maximize their Vim potential. This role will be field based and work directly with providers in office to help them maximize their success with the Vim tool. 

What you’ll do:

  • Perform day-to-day growth functions across a rapidly growing portfolio of small-mid-enterprise market provider groups and end users, working to effectively and efficiently onboard, scale and support provider partners in a culture of performance and ownership
  • Serve as point of contact for all acquisition, implementation and onboarding activities, collaborating closely with our product team and leading user setup, launch, and training activities both remote and onsite at provider offices in regional locations 
  • Actively monitor and assess internal network analytics to understand provider partner use of point of care technology; Partner closely with Data, Sales Ops & Product teams to analyze and take action on relevant trends in analytics
  • Collaborate across the organization: work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to create a seamless provider partner experience
  • Being an expert on products in Vim and making tailored recommendations to practices to improve setup and stackability on your accounts to ultimately scale the network
  • Serve as the voice of the provider/users within Vim, connecting feedback and analytics to product and sales strategy for the company
  • Establishing user champions and super users within designated territory with a focus on app utilization

What you will need:

  • 2-4 years of sales, growth, user acquisition/retention, success and/or implementation management experience in technology organizations serving US healthcare organizations, specifically dealing with the providers or clinic users
  • Experience in a field based role working directly with healthcare providers 
  • Strong project management and organization skills, with demonstrated experience delivering results across multiple workstreams and projects at once
  • Track record with metrics of exceeding sales goals, MBO’s, quotas etc, (within Healtech and provider/user customer expectations is a bonus). Success in positively impacting KPIs, monthly and quarterly team metrics while maintaining a strong commercial mindset 
  • Proven experience driving customer adoption and utilization and deploying customer success best practices

  • Possess outstanding interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills that allow you to quickly and authentically connect to colleagues and customers
  • Located in the the Miami FL area with the ability to travel up to 80% of the time locally 

Nice to have

  • Solid knowledge of the health information technology landscape as relevant for working directly with healthcare providers
  • Applied experience with analytics regarding customer success and product performance
  • EMR/EHR system experience preferred

The target salary for this role is based on level of experience:

  • For a Junior Growth Manager (1-2 years experience) the base salary is between $90,000 and $100,000
  • For an Intermediate Growth Manager (3-4 years experience) the base salary is between $110,000- and $120,000
  • For a  Senior Growth Manager (4-6 years experience) the base salary is between $120-$135,000 

This role is eligible equity in the form of options as part of the compensation package.
