Requirements:
Growth/Customer Life Cycle Management: Responsible for Growth/CLM campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, retention and at an overall level responsible for revenue growth.
Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, social media, email, and more.
Offline Marketing: Plan out and execute offline campaigns from material development to on ground coordination with central marketing teams and external agencies
Data Analysis: Use data analytics to track and measure campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Customer Segmentation: Develop and manage customer segmentation strategies to personalize marketing efforts and improve targeting.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer service to ensure alignment and drive growth initiatives.
Budget Management: Manage and optimize the growth marketing budget to maximize ROI.
Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights on growth metrics, campaign performance, and overall marketing effectiveness.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships
