Reporting to the Growth & Development Director, Growth and Development, you will be supporting this team with executing transformative learning programs across the entire organization. You will work closely with TRADER’s Learning Management Systems(LMS) DRIVE and Accelerate, Powered by Udemy as the LMS Administrator.
What you’ll do…
Growth & Development:
- Support the G&D team with LMS administration and process innovation
- Administer the DRIVE Support general email inbox and Training inbox
- Provide training on Learning Management Systems to new hires
- Partner with the Director, Growth and Development in planning events and Kickoffs
- Supporting the Director, Growth and Development with projects as required including ensuring that all the information contained on the G&D intranet / ADP/ Salesforce and LMS is accurate, up-to-date, and regularly maintained
- Coordinate Learning Events
- Maintain training records in LMS (enrollment and attendance records)
- Co-ordinate delivery of learner feedback (evaluation forms) and compiling results
- Communication: communicate learning support documents to internal clients; compile G&D team meeting minutes and action items
- Consolidate learning results for G&D reporting
People & Culture:
- Assist P&C with scheduling and organizing company-wide meetings, training sessions, and events as part of their upcoming projects.
- Add P&C events (Living Well) in Drive for registration and tracking
- Work with P&C Business Partners to support administrative tasks and processes.
