The Growth Content Manager will play a crucial role in driving lead generation and annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth through strategic content creation and management. With 20% of marketing leads currently sourced from organic/direct traffic, this position aims to maximize the potential of existing data to enhance lead magnet initiatives and overall brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy Development: - Define a clear content strategy and processes focusing on high-impact, SEO-driven content that attracts and nurtures leads. - Lead the editorial direction for LinkedIn and website communications.
2. Content Creation: create and oversee the development of various content types, including:
- Lead magnet resources (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, e-books).
- Trigger content for social media engagement (e.g., LinkedIn posts).
- Client-specific materials such as videos, testimonials, and quotes.
- Corporate content, including brochures and press release (for events or news).

3. Performance Tracking and Optimization:
- Analyze content ROI and engagement metrics to refine content strategies in collaboration with marketing operations.
- Conduct SEO audits and optimize performance based on SEO metrics.
4. Collaboration: -

- Partner sales & product teams to ensure content relevance and impact on targeted accounts.
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in growth marketing (ideally tech / BtB environnement)
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strong creativity to lead content strategy : ideation & production (hands-on approach).
Analytical mindset with the ability to track & interpret data in order to make data-driven decisions.
Solid understanding of marketing principles and the customer journey.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
