Navan is seeking a Channel Partner Senior Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for targeting, acquiring, developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue growth. You will be responsible for executing a strategy to grow our SMB travel program through channel partners.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement channel strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
- Identify and onboard new channel partners
- Negotiate and manage partner contracts and agreements
- Provide support and training to partners
- Manage the performance of existing partners and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversions,pipeline and revenue
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align on channel goals and objectives
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in channel partner management
- Strong understanding of the SMB market and channel landscape, travel industry is a huge plus!
- Proven track record of success in building and growing channel partnerships
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
