Work with cross functional teams to establish growth strategies according to revenue goals.
Create, Manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns.
Manage the relationship with external partners and agencies to ensure we drive traffic and conversions to the company’s products.
Coordinate with all digital channel partners in launching new campaigns and promoting new content on a regular basis
Analyze data from published campaigns to monitor revenue performance and discover areas of improvement.
Following market trends and actively responding to changes that could potentially impact campaign performance.
Optimizing ongoing campaigns to make they are reaching their maximum performance
Reporting performance on a weekly to monthly basis with tracking reports for all stakeholders involved.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Business or Communication
7 to 10 years of experience in growth and performance marketing.
6 years of experience in performance marketing.
experience and familiarity of App performance management.
Good project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
Strong Background of Performance Marketing.
Strong background in application performance, conversions and installs.
Strong knowledge of digital acquisition channels and reporting tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Adjust etc.).
Proven growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.
Fluency in both English and Arabic
Outstanding written, oral and organizational ability.
