About the Role

Growth and Business Operations Manager will grow the Content Platform business vertical and operations in a region, focusing on high-quality investment content in priority industries. 

The role will lead a team with a vision to create a groundbreaking Content Platform establishing an influential presence in the region for private equity professionals, investment bankers, consultants, corporates, and executives.



Role scope & objectives

Company and Thematic Intelligence

  • Own the end-to-end process of content production. Develop the strategies and drive the execution of company and thematic intelligence, ensuring it aligns with industry trends and clients investment preferences. 
  • Research, identify and evaluate private markets and companies in priority industries.
  • Conduct 1-1 interviews with executives and industry leaguers to draw unique insights and company knowledge.

Content Production Excellence

  • Implement processes to systematically gather and analyze data to create content for private equities and other users in the vertical. 
  • Maintain high standards for content production, including quality control, timeliness, and relevance. 
  • Ensure the scalability of the content production process, improving team’s workflows and accelerating quality assurance via automated data acquisition.

Vertical Growth and Expansion

  • Refine growth strategies and contribute to business development activities in the region, acquiring new prospects.
  • Work with the Client Service and Product teams to expand relationships with existing clients identifying needs and opportunities for the Content Platform and new products. 

Client Feedback and New Product Development

  • Work with the Product team to capture and incorporate client feedback into content and platform enhancements. 
  • Identify and develop new product opportunities within the Content Platform for a vertical, work with the Product team to design, test and scale them.
  • Participate in client meetings and feedback sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent - business management, economics or equivalent is a plus
  • 4-5 years experience in Consulting or Strategy / Commercial roles
  • Be passionate about building a new product and excited by the unknown
  • Be able to confidently and professionally interact with Senior industry executives
  • Have a strong entrepreneurial drive and “attention to detail” mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills with proven experience in communicating effectively
  • Strong team participation skills, particularly in teams with diverse skills and backgrounds
  • Be a results-driven team contributor who can effectively manage their time while maintaining a positive and “can-do” attitude
  • Proficient in English
