Manager (MIS – Automation)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Python & SQL Expert to join our Automation/MIS Team at GroupM. As a Python & SQL Expert, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Python scripts and SQL queries to support our data-driven applications and systems. You should have a strong understanding of database management systems and experience in designing and implementing Python-based applications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Write complex SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data from relational databases.
- Optimize and tune SQL queries for improved performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand data needs.
- Design and implement data models and schemas in SQL databases.
- Troubleshoot and debug Python scripts and SQL queries as needed.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through validation and testing.
- Create documentation for Python scripts, SQL queries, and data processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Python programming and SQL database management.
