GroupM, the world’s largest media investment company and is a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for a Reporting, Measurement & Analytics Specialist/Manager to join us.
In this role, you will design and build data and measurement solutions to help the client teams and the client reporting on media campaigns, business reports, audience data segmentation, and driving the measurement and analytics practices.

You will be working closely with the Central of Excellence Team on a daily basis.
Measures of Success
- Familiarize yourself with our data organization structure and management, media performance dashboard, the media and business data sets that sit beneath it, and the role it serves for the teams.
- Work closely with the local teams and regional teams to define the reporting, data visualization requirements, and report processing for client engagement.
- Familiarize yourself with the tools and platforms to build dashboards per business’s needs.
- Collecting, tracking, and trending projection/forecast data.
- Take ownership and maintain existing solutions.
- Perform ad-hoc data investigations when necessary.
6 months:
- Get familiar with different data sources and be able to integrate data across sources to develop insightful reports.
- Successfully deliver reporting solutions tailored to the different business objectives and client use cases.
- Suggest new data solutions and work with the regional Data & Analytics team to drive the implementation.
- Create productivity gains through designing and implementing automation initiatives
12 months:
- Become the expert on Data, Measurement and Reporting (technically as well as best practices).
- Effectively collaborate with the cross-functional teams to design data solutions for other client engagement opportunities.
- Proactively explore new data tools and techniques in collaboration with the wider regional and global Data & Analytics team.
What You Will Need
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in reporting, analytics, and Business Intelligence. You need to be comfortable with dealing with data from multiple sources as well as working with BI tools and structured databases.
The successful applicant should have:
- A good degree in Computer Science, Data & Analytics, Mathematics, or other relevant discipline.
- 3+ years’ work experience in data function with a focus on reporting and analytics.
- Knowledge of visualization and reporting solutions such as Excel/Macro, Lookerstudio, Power BI, Tableau, etc
- Experience of data manipulation in SQL and/or Python is preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in digital performance tracking, management and analysis platforms and tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Adobe DMP is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience in digital marketing, advertising and/or e-commerce is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multi-cultural business partners and stakeholders, and strong team players.
- Proven track record of delivering independently – to quality and timelines.
- Proficient in both Vietnamese and English
Your Team
- You will report to the Director, CDT Biddable
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams from Digital Buying to Data team and get involved in automation and/or dashboard projects.
- You will work closely with the other GroupM Data & Analytics talent in-market and across the region
