GroupM Philippines is searching for a strategic and results-oriented Affiliate Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge affiliate marketing strategies that deliver exceptional results for our clients.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social commerce strategy for Shopee and TikTok Shop &/or Affiliate, focusing on driving sales, increasing brand awareness, and engaging with our target audience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams internally & externally within GroupM, including media planning, e-commerce, and product solutions, to create compelling and engaging content plans that resonate with our audience and drive sales.
• Manage dedicated team and partners to execute and optimize Shopee and TikTok Shop campaigns, ensuring products are accurately listed, inventory is up-to-date, and promotions are effectively communicated.
• Analyze performance data and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions to optimize our social commerce efforts.
• Stay current on Shopee and TikTok platform updates, industry trends, and best practices, sharing insights and recommendations with the team to ensure our strategy remains cutting-edge.
• Manages the daily workflow of campaigns and works with internal and external stakeholders, including the Livestream of E-commerce Retailers (Shopee), Social Commerce Channels (TikTok), fulfillment (OnPoint), and Affiliate Publishers to deliver campaign objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and partners within the TikTok community, collaborating on campaigns and partnerships to further amplify our brand presence.
• Closely monitor competitor activities and suggest actions where appropriate
• Executing in a timely fashion by promotional lever to deliver the campaign’s goals
• Work closely with KOL/KOC to deal with commercials and incentives on key event dates, ensuring both brand awareness, consideration, and sales objectives are efficiently met.
• Forecast sales based on real-time performance and flexibly adjust when needed
• Report on an hourly/daily basis during key campaign dates and weekly/bi-weekly/monthly/quarterly if required with efficiency.
