Overview of job
GroupM is the world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for an Risk & Control Manager to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Maintain internal SOX control framework to ensure compliance with SOX requirements, and good internal control practices.
- Lead and perform review in the internal process, internal compliance and internal governance.
- Liaise with internal or external auditors for audits being performed.
- Support Risk & Control Head during internal and external audit, risk assessment, and regular monitoring to the Company control implementation. Identify area for improvement and develop improvements to increase process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Follow up of audit findings and working and recommend action plans to be completed in timely manner.
- Support Risk & Control Head to develop and update company's business process and policies
- Lead and perform user access review in the Company financial and media system. Responsible to manage master data management in Company financial system.

What you’ll bring:
- Basic audit experience and skill
- Intermediate/ Advance in Excel
- Finance, accounting, and other data analysis

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor in Accounting
- At least 3-4 years of working experiences with Assurance Audit/Internal Audit in Public Accounting firm
- Has ability to do communication and cooperate up, down, and across employee chain and have a grasp of the business
- Proactive and willing to work in a working environment that expose you to various initiatives at the same time
- Fluent in English reading and writing
