We are currently looking for a People Systems & Analytics specialist to join us. The Role
Reporting to the Director, People Analytics & Tech, APAC, the role is heavily involved in executing key People Data and Tech initiatives for APAC.
The role holder will work closely with internal APAC People team, WPP, Global GroupM as well as the market teams across APAC to support the delivery of the People Systems and Analytics agenda of the region. He/She will also partner/work closely with other People CoVs, Finance teams and IT teams in order to leverage expertise, support and delivery to respective objectives.
Responsibilities
- Build and configure standard regional people reports to support reporting requirements by regional and global stakeholders.
- Partner closely with the relevant CoV teams to establish and then garner resources to support the analytics requirements for the respective CoV.
- Supports the Director, People Analytics & Tech, APAC in overseeing usage, enhancements and optimisations of all enterprise level people solutions.
- Support the Director, People Analytics & Tech, APAC in managing key enterprise systems vendors.
- Work closely with other departments to build up standard, self-service people data reports.
- Work with the respective system and functional owners to map out system data models, identify and then map out data flows and connections across various systems and data sets
- Is the level 1 escalation for any enterprise level people tech
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field

3 to 5 years’ experience in people systems and / or data

Proficient in Microsoft Excel with exposure to data visualisation tools and analytics concepts is beneficial

Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
