Position Overview
Group M is seeking an Advertising Operations Executive to become an integral part of our Ad Operations team. As an Advertising Operations Executive, you will be responsible for the set-up, execution, and delivery of digital campaigns. You will work with internal teams and external parties to ensure campaign delivery objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize digital ad campaigns across platforms such as CM360, IAS, Double verify and programmatic networks.
  • Ad Trafficking: Ensure timely and accurate ad trafficking, including creative uploads and testing, to avoid discrepancies in ad delivery.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve ad effectiveness.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to ad serving, tracking, and reporting.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive messaging across channels.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital advertising.
  • Budget Management: Assist in budget allocation and ensure campaigns are executed within budgetary constraints. Monitor campaign delivery to ensure campaigns are running as expected and targeting objectives are met.
  • Work on monthly / annual reports platform wise and market wise

KEY Skills Experience:

  •  Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in media strategy or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced agency or corporate environment.
  •  Strong attention to detail focusing on accuracy of numbers and ability to cross-check formulas & related numbers across related reports
  •  Excellent communication skills, and an ability to collaborate and engage with those around you.
  •  Diligent and attentive to detail, able to listen, learn, and put into practice.
  •  Computer literate with good skills in Office programs (especially Excel/Google Sheets)
